    please tell me what I am doing wrong. do I have the right shortcode?

    Sorry to hear you are hitting up against difficulties, @ourweb.

    Your main events page can be found at yourdomain.com/events – though you can change the slug from “events” to “calendar” (or pretty much anything else) via the main Events Settings screen.

    The are no shortcodes within The Events Calendar itself that will led you embed the calendar elsewhere, I’m afraid, though you can do this if you invest in Events Calendar PRO.
