Shortcode Not Working

    Hi,

    I’m currently using the latest version of Woocommerce/WordPress and only have your pluign, Woocommerce, and Twenty Seventeen active.
    For some reason your shortcode is not working. I added this to the product page [woo_file_dropzone_product_detail_page] and also selected it for it to be used with Short Code in the settings page.

    Am I doing something wrong?
    I read your blog and followed those steps, but nothing is happening.

    I have exactly produced same environment, downloaded latest wordpress, latest woocommerce configured twenty Seventeen theme added code here is pastebin:

    Location is :
    wordpress4.7.5\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\templates\single-product\add-to-cart

    and selected use with shortcode and it is working… I am not sure what is issue with shortcode, everytime someone open a ticket i reconfigure everything and it works as expected.

    Do I have to use the shortcode inside the “simple.php” file?
    I would like to have more control of where it goes, but still inside the form.
    I have a function I created that would display the upload field if a certain condition is true.

    Yes correct inside simple.php where added in paste bin.
