Shortcode not working

Hi,

I have search for answers and i dont find nothing on that subject so i wish you could help me. My problem is that when i put the shorcode [products ids=”10016253,10016254,10016255″] its dosents work. I use Site Origin Page Builder. The place where is suppose to appear my products is blank. I try to desactivate all of my plugins and keep only woocommerce and nothing change. I then try to change theme and it still dosent work. Somebody have a idea of what it might be? My theme is SAHA from Theme junkie.
