Shortcode not working

    Hi I’m trying to get it to work on my site but the shortcode will just not work with the Bloom plugin from elegant themes. When placing the shortcode inside the pop-up it doesn’t render the button. Using the shortcodes anywhere plugin doesnt work either. Any suggestions for making this work inside of an HTML field or a custom field from this pop-up builder? You can see the shortcode not working on this page inside the blue box.
