Shortcode not working?

Hello, I’m trying to use the shortcode to place in the porfolio page of my website. But all its doing is showing the code on the page…
[ waving {height=”200″} theme=”[light]” all=”[true]” showCat=”[true]” tag=”[eatery101, facebook, restaurant]” clicking=”[true]” /]
I’ve uploaded my images using the waving portfolio plugin underneath the content box, but nothing shows up other than the code. If you could assist me with this, that would be appreciated.
