• Hello,

In the header, I used the Elementor shortcode widget to place the following code next to the shopping cart icon: [currency_switcher format=”%code%”]

Unfortunately, for some reason it does not display the currency switcher in the header.

Can you help me what could be the reason?

    Thank you in advance.

    Regards.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @feta1999

I had a look at your site, and it appears that the shortcode widget is empty.

    • Have you tried clearing Elementor’s cache by going to “Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS”?
    • Could you try placing the shortcode in a different location to see if it works?

I noticed that you’re using WooCommerce Multilingual alongside our premium WPML plugin. Please check the “WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Multicurrency” settings to ensure you haven’t restricted currencies to specific languages. For instance, if the Hungarian Forint is available only in Hungarian and the Euro is restricted to English, the currency switcher won’t appear. Could you verify this setting?

If the issue persists, feel free to start a chat on our support forum. Our support team will be more than happy to assist you with the necessary tools.
