Shortcode not showing

    Hi,

    I’ve tried adding the shortcode (generated for this plugin) to a Post to show FB Like Box for a particular page.

    Here’s the shortcode generated:
    [efb_likebox fanpage_url=”https://www.facebook.com/lavoobeauty” locale=”af_ZA” responsive=”1″ show_faces=”0″ show_stream=”1″ hide_cover=”0″ small_header=”1″ hide_cta=”0″]

    However, it’s not showing, can you assist to check?

    I tested this shortcode on my own site and can’t see the page either. Upon further investigation, I found the page is not published or it is not public at the moment:
    https://www.facebook.com/lavoobeauty

    I get the following error when I go directly to your Facebook page on the link above.

    “This Page Isn’t Available
    The link may be broken, or the page may have been removed. Check to see if the link you’re trying to open is correct.”

    I would recommend making sure the page is published, it is public, and also the page name/URL is correct.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

    I didn’t realised that the page wasn’t available in your region, as it is working fine in my region (Malaysia).

    However, I’ve tested with some other pages and it works on your plugin. I’ll ask the page owner to reconfigure the Facebook Page.

    Sounds good! Please make sure the plugin does not have any restrictions, otherwise, it would not display the Like Box or Page Plugin on the site.
