    Problem with your site is caused by your theme. It loads jQuery for the second time, which is not needed, since WordPress itself loads it. So you need to alter your theme files.

    if i alter the theme and removed the second Jquery Call , theme is not gona work , slider stopped

    I would recommend you to contact theme developer, as two jquery call violate WP codex. If theme developer will not help, I would recommend to change your theme.
