Shortcode not executing

I recently added the plugin to my site. I created a “specs” shortcode with 2 parameters as follows:

Image Specifications (%%id%% Competition)
Subject: %%subject%%

Then I inserted the shortcode on a page as follows:

[sc name=”specs” id=”Stan Bain” subject='”Open”]

When I open the page to view it, it is blank. Nothing displays other than the page title.
