    Hi,

    Do you trying to add shortcodes on default WooCommerce pages or on pages with WooCommerce shortcode?

    Free version works only on default WooCommerce pages.

    I’m using the shortcode within one of the custom theme templates, header.php to be precise.

    Filter must be displayed only on WooCommerce shop page and WooCommerce categories pages.

    Will the premium version allow me to use it outside of the WooCommerce pages you mention, eg header.php?

    Yes, in paid version you can choose pages where widget or shortcode will be displayed.

    header.php is not a page, this is part of page.
