Shortcode not displaying

    Hi

    I have tried the shortcode [LoginRadius_Share] in the page editor and also adding it directly into the template page with
    <?php echo do_shortcode('[LoginRadius_Share]');?>
    and both ways are showing nothing.

    Its displaying correctly on posts using the default settings but nothing displays on pages when using the shortcode.

    Any ideas would be great as I need to control where it display on certain page templates.

    Hi,

    Our plugin sharing short code is working at our end properly.
    Please check that sharing on Static Pages is enabled from LoginRadius Plugin admin settings.

    Follow these steps
    1. Login to your WordPress admin panel.
    2. Under LoginRadius(in sidebar), navigate to Social Sharing
    3. Now under Horizontal Sharing->Choose the location(s) to display the widget, Enable Static Pages
    4. Save Changes.

    Now you should see sharing interface on pages also using shortcode [LoginRadius_Share]

    Hi thanks for the reply.

    Yes I have the Static Pages option turned on with the top and bottom content tick boxs unchecked and it is still not showing up.

    I did another test just to make sure with a clean install of wordpress 4.0.1 with twenty twelve theme, created a new page with the [LoginRadius_Share] shortcode in it and its still not displaying.

    We have tested our plugin with WordPress 4.0.1 and twenty twelve theme. It’s working at our end.
    Please specify which other plugins you are using and URL where you are having issue. This will help us in getting to the root of the issue and resolve it for you.

    Hi,
    The reason nothing is showing on your page is because your using the plugin with no api key, we will update this in a future release to not require this setting however for now please enter 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 in API key under loginradius->activation. Another way to get a valid api key is to sign up for a free account on loginradius.com
