Shortcode not working in a popup window

    Hi,

    I added the support candy short-code [supportcandy] to a popup but I noticed that when the popup is triggered it opens without loading support candy functions, the popup window appears semi empty, please help.

    I was just wondering if it’s possible to use the short code [supportcandy] in a popup window, cause I tried but not succeeded.
