I’ve had a single-listing shortcode based on an MLS# on my home page, and it’s begun showing the following message instead of displaying the property:

We’re sorry, but we couldn’t find MLS # XXXXXXX in our database. This property may be a new listing or possibly taken off the market. Please check back again.

I’ve deactivated, deleted, reinstalled, activated, and activated the API key, but still the shortcode doesn’t work. Has anyone found a fix for this?

    Hi Lindz,

Thanks for the quick reply. It helps to know the problem is on your end and not mine. I am just the web developer, so I don’t have access to the client’s Diverse Solutions account where I suspect your support ticket system resides, but I do see a support email address, so I’ll send them an email to ask for an update.

I definitely understand! We have teams working over this weekend on the issue. We hope to have it resolved soon but we are not able to offer an ETA just yet.

You are welcome to call or email our Support Team directly anytime! You don’t need to be the customer. About half our emails / calls are from developers directly and we are happy to help answer any questions or concerns that you might have. Just be sure to include…

    – the customer’s name
    – the domain name where the product is being used

That will help us locate the account and provide better support to you.

You can email our Support Team anytime at [email protected].

We can also be reached by phone at 877.348.7654, dial 2 for our Support Team and any Representative will be happy to assist you with your customer’s account.

    Thank you!

@tjkirk – This is an old post. I did get a response the day I emailed support, but nothing after that. They do seem to have fixed the issues, as my site is now working fine.
