Shortcode No Longer Loading

I haven’t had time to properly troubleshoot yet, but it seems that after the recent update the <tt>[js-disqus]</tt> shortcode no longer works on my site. Has anyone else experienced this? I don’t see any errors in the browser console or PHP-FPM logs. When I inspect the code, it appears that it isn’t outputting anything.

It should be noted that the updated DCL does work on my other site, howeever, I am not using the shortcode method on that site.

I’m using the shortcode with do_shortcode() on this site because I wanted custom placement in my page template.
