Hi, i’m using the last version of wordpress with the last version of mailpoet and the shortcode [mailpoet_page] don’t render.

I set the page in the options, and I click preview (or the unsubscribe button) and the page just show the shortcode.

Other shortcode work (archive or manage for exemple) but not this one.

I already tried to downgrade to 3.50 with same result, no render.

I tried to look forum but it’s always the problem of not clicking on preview, but for me I do click on preview.

    Hi @pureprod,

Sorry to hear that the shortcode is not working as expected.

i’m using the last version of wordpress with the last version of mailpoet and the shortcode [mailpoet_page] don’t render.

As I understand, the shortcode is not being rendered even if you click on the preview from the MailPoet’s Settings > Basics tab or if you click on the link from a sent newsletter, is that correct?

Can you please let us know if you’re using a custom page builder, such as Divi or Oxygen?

If that’s the case, can you please try to save the page with the shortcode using the Gutenberg editor and let us know if it helps?

    Hi there @pureprod,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
