Shortcode layout not working

The drop down in the widget isn’t working, so I opted to use the shortcode, which is working fine, except that the layout attribute is having no effect. It only shows in vertical layout, even with this shortcode:

[shortcode-weather-atlas city_selector=2387850 layout=”horizontal” style=”float:right;width:200px” daily=3]

But when I use the the widget instead of shortcode, and set the layout to horizontal, it does show horizontal. But like I said, I can’t use the widget because the drop down to select the city doesn’t work for me.

How can I get the the layout to set horizontal using the shortcode?
