shortcode [kbe_knowledgebase] not working

    I just did a fresh install of WP to test out this plugin for my company knowledge base. I cannot get the knowledge base layout to show up on any page. When following the instructions i should note that there was no page created called Knowledge Base or whatever. There was only the simple Sample Page. So I added the shortcode and made that page the front page. Nothing.

    Is this plugin incompatible with 4.7.3. Is it still being supported?

    On the page with the shortcode please can you check and ensure you have the right page template set? Also check that the slug is correct in plugin settings, and finally try resaving permalink structure.

    I did what’s listed below and it still doesn’t work:

    I don’t have an option to set the page template.

    Slug is correct, assuming that the slug on the page has to match the slug in the plugin settings. They are both knowledgebase

    I re-saved the permalink strcuture, which is set to Custom Structure https://IP/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

    Where exactly does [kbe_knowledgebase] pull from?

    Please can you post a link to the page where you have pasted the shortcode so I can see it?

    Also please can you try default permalink structure and tell me if that fixes the issue?

    I changed it to the Plain permlinks and doesn’t make a difference. It’s on a local VM so there’s no way you can see it, unfortunately. I was going to share some screenshots but it doesn’t look like there’s an easy way to do that in these forums.

    I have the same problem. Please help.
