    Hello I bought ninja tables pro yesterday. Looks nice but I wasn’t able to filter my table using the shortcode parameters “filter” and “filter_columns”. It just does nothing. That feature was mandatory for me.
    So I opened a support ticket yesterday morning (like 36 hours ago) but didn’t receive any answer. After sending another email I finally asked for a refund but didn’t receive any answer as well ??

    What should I do ? Post a 1 star rating to get an answer ?… I hope I was just very unlucky on this support experience.

  • A similar problem. Tables have stopped working ?? Site support does not match (wpmanageninja.com).
    Continue to pay for the plugin soon. I do not know what to do.

    Our sincerest apology for being delayed to respond. We always recommend opening a support ticket to get a fast reply.

    We are a customer-centric company and we always try our best to provide top-notch support for both the free and pro users of our products.
    We generally reply within 24 hours of opening a ticket, so in your case, if you have opened a support ticket then chances are your ticket was lost due to a technical glitch on our system.

    The shortcode filter should have worked well and it seems something that is restricting the shortcode to be rendered. In such a case, we need an admin credential to debug this issue from the website dashboard.

    If you mention the ticket ID here or open a new one if you are still having the issue, we will definitely take a deeper look and solve this for you.
