the auction is loaded ok, because when i go to shop and click on a listing, it shows the auction as a related product at the bottom. But I cant get it to appear in the shop or on the auction page.

    Hi @xlr8luxurylistings,

We have checked on your site and it looks like you were using the wrong shortcode.

We have mainly two auction plugins :
    i) Ultimate WordPress Auction Plugin
    ii) Ultimate Auction for WooCommerce

You are using the Ultimate Auction for WooCommerce
plugin on your site and used the Ultimate WordPress Auction plugin’s shortcode hence it is not displayed any auction products.

If you want to display the auction products on the shop page
Goto Admin dashboard > Auctions > Settings
    – Under ‘Shop page’
    – Enable the option ‘On Shop Page’

Same way, to display the expired auctions on the shop page

    – Enable the option ‘Show Expired Auctions’

Please review the attachment – https://pasteboard.co/G2ns0mqwRbon.jpg

Many times, different hooks are used for the product page in the theme
so switching to any other theme solves the issue.

If you are still facing any issues, please post your query here.

    Thank You
