Shortcode isn′t workking

    when I insert the shortcode (of the slider) into the page where I want him to be, the slider doesn′t load, just appears a grey bar with shortcode icon in it.
    How can solve this?

    Hi @joao96maria ,
    the link you submitted is actually a link from the “elementor” editor. Of course when you add a shortcode from our slider in the “elementor” editor that you will only see the gray bar and the shortcode label. To see the real slider you need to go to a preview of that page you made in the “elementor” or make an update of that page.

    Our slider was tested in “Elementor” and everything works normally.

    If you have problems with the slider on a particular link please send the real URL, not the link from the “elementor” editor.
