Shortcode is reformatting and removing objects on other pages

    My shortcode is [GoGadgetWeather title='Weather' layout='large' language='en' city='conyers' state='ga' autolocation='yes' float='no' sidechange='yes' scale=2]

    By process of elimination I have determined the shortcode alone is causing input boxes, output data and certain borders to move and/or disappear from other pages within my site. I have css turned off in the widget and I have commented out the entire style_sc.css file and my content still remains reformatted. Any ideas?
