Shortcode is not working in 30 days trial version

    I upgraded the plugin to 30 days free trial and put the shortcode “[wfea]” where the shortcode itself is showing not the events from Eventbrite. But the widget it is showing perfect. Please let me know why the shortcode is not working. I need the events to be shown in the blue section where currently “no seminar scheduled now” is shown

    Ok can you go to settings and try clearing the Eventbrite API cache.

    And that takes this topic away from these forums. For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
