shortcode is not working

    Hello @rodolfohsb ,

    Thank you for reaching us. Our shortcode should work without any issues. I can you are using Genesis here. Did you use our shortcode on both sites but one of them is not showing you the desired output? If so, are you using Genesis Simple hook plugin? There is an option to execute a shortcode on their hook. See here: Image. Can you check if its enable or not.

    Do let me know if that solves the issue.
