It doesn’t appear that the plugin is installed, which is required for our shortcode [ecs-list-events] to work. It also appears you are using a page builder (Visual Composer I believe) and might need to use a specific block or element in their system for shortcodes to work at all on their platform.
Could you try going to Plugins > Add New, searching for The Events Calendar Shortcode, installing the plugin, then try adding on a new page without using the page builder?
