Shortcode inside shortcode attribute?

    I have a [su_accordion] with a lot of [su_spoiler] inside, and all that is embedded inside an [su_tabs]/[su_tab] construcion – and that works very well.

    Now I want to show one ore more country flags inside the [su_spoiler] title. I found two plugins which should create country flags by shortcodes (Country Flags, SVG Flags). Both work fine in normal text but not inside the [su_spoiler] title. I tried it like

    [su_spoiler title="Some Title [flag country="us"]"]

    Obviously there comes up a conflict with the quotation marks.

    The other plugin doesn’t work even without this conflict:

    [su_spoiler title="Some Title [svg-flag]"]

    Any suggestions what to do or where to ask?
