Shortcode in textbox is not rendered

If you don’t enable the checkbox that you want to display a link to the privacy policy and you use a shortcode in the main message text box for the cookie banner, it will not be rendered. As soon as you activate the link to the privacy policy via the checkbox, the shortcode is rendered and displayed. Please fix it so that you can also use a shortcode in the textbox for the message text without having to activate the option for the privacy policy link.
