Shortcode in accordion does not display correctly

    I am trying to display latest posts in a dropdown (accordion in elementor), but the shortcode doesn’t respond until I resize the browser. I have tried using other types of dropdown methods (both in and outside of elementor), but the same exact problem happens. Any way to fix this issue?

    By the way, other than this issue, this plugin as been incredible!

    Hi,

    Thanks, I’m not exactly sure why but there’s a conflict with some CSS property between the elementor accordion element and our news block position.
    You can try adding that custom CSS to the news block, it may work:

    div.elementor-widget-accordion {
    position: initial;
}

    If not can you try to load the 1st accordion element open by default?

    @joomunited Thank you so much for your response! Unfortunately, changing the CSS property wasn’t successful.

    Just so you know, I currently have settings in Elementor set to close all of the accordion tabs by default. When those are not set, WPLP shows up completely fine.
    However, my client would really love to have the accordions closed, so I am trying to make that work.

    I have added a short JS script to close the 1st accordion element by default and keep the rest open. As you can see, the accordions that are open seem to work fine. Please let me know if you have any more luck with this! Thank you again for your help!

    Yes! I found an accordion plugin that was compatible with WPLP.
