Shortcode IMG lacks instantiation of $class variable

    First of all, thanks for this great plugin! I’m currently developing a theme based on bootstrap and this plugin exactly fits my needs for writing the pages of my website.

    Playing around with the shortcodes I encountered an error with the IMG shortcode. The variable $class is not initialized in the function bs_img(), leading to a syntax error.

    Maybe you can fix it for the next release.
