Shortcode ignore_sticky not working

I want to exclude sticky posts from the list of posts being shown by shortcode, but ignore_sticky=”1″ or ignore_sticky=”0″ or ignore_sticky=”true” or ignore_sticky=”false” or ignore_sticky=”” has no effect. All posts including sticky ones are always shown.

Also i want a shortcode option to ONLY show sticky posts.
