Shortcode icon dont show in different languages

I use Polylang for my site and have som problems with Shortcode Ultimate icons. It is the plus sign on the left side.
On this page it works perfect https://www.ctc.se/vanliga-fragor/ but on this page https://www.ctc-heating.com/faqs/ it is a square instead, should also be a plus sign.
Anybody have a solution for this?
