Shortcode has stopped working

    Not sure if this is because of the WordPress 4.8 update, but the page where I have put the BT shortcode has stopped working and is erroring out:
    https://ukauthors.com/comments-stream/

    If I remove the BT shortcode the page loads (obviously a blank page but it loads without error). Whereas with the BT shortcode I get an error.

    Advice, please.

    Can you please let us know what error you are seeing on page when you pit the shortcode?

    Yes, The image below.
    If I add the shortcode [ bt_comments ] to the page it gives this error:

    If I remove the shortcode the page loads fine.

    We have checked in 4.8 and it is working perfectly.We need to look into detail for the issue.It would be good if you can provide demo server details on [email protected]

    Hi, Thanks for the reply. I’ve put the shortcode back in the page and it’s now working correctly! Not sure why it happened and why/how it began working again but it is!

    Curiously, my WordPress site seems quite hit and miss. Without changing anything things spontaneously break or stop working. A day ago I wanted to update the config file auth codes and salts and doing this simple task broke the site and I had to restore to the day before. My site is fully up to date regarding WP version and all the plugins are up to date so I don’t know why these odd things keep happening.
