Shortcode generator missing

    Hello,just installed and activated Timeline express , edited my announcements but the problem is that when creating new page to attach the shortcode the shortcode generator is missing!!!
    I’m on the visual tab , I did everything exactly as in the tutorial! I did it twice but again it is missing. I deleted it and reinstalled it but again it is missing!
    I’m using sydney theme from athemes.
    How to resolve the problem?

    Hi @rafailidis,

    The shortcode generator is actually a feature of the pro version. In our free version, clicking the Timeline Express icon is going to insert the [timeline-express] shortcode into your page or post.

    Are you on a page or post when the icon is not present?

    Have you tried disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme such as TwentySeventeen to confirm that the icon is still missing?

    Hello!
    There is no Timeline Express icon present anywhere on editor (both page/post).
    I can’t risk disabling plugins just for a test

    Without testing for a conflict there really is no other way to narrow down the root cause. It sounds to me like this is directly caused by a conflict with another plugin.

    Feel free to post your plugins here and if time permits we can do testing.
