shortcode generator issue

  • Hello, Again new user.

    Two things that seem to be odd:

    1. There TWO identical buttons, not one, in my visual text editor, both saying “Maps Builder Shortcode Generator”. Is that normal?

    2. When I click any of the buttons, I get a popup telling me to choose a map. But clicking on “Choose a Map” link is fruitless. Nothing happens.

    Any ideas?

  • Just from experience with this kind of thing, I’d double check you don’t have two plugins installed which are both doing the same thing. Sometimes this can cause both to conflict and neither work!

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, that’s a known issue that we plan to resolve in the next version of Maps Builder. The best way to grab your shortcode for a map currently is to go to “Google Maps > All Maps” and you’ll see the shortcodes listed there to copy and paste from.
