Shortcode form does not display field boxes and doubled everything

  • We copied the shortcode [user-submitted-posts] using a simple element and it’s doesn’t display field boxes; and the form fields are doubled. This doesn’t happen on another site we have tested on and we did use another theme and worked. We just would like to know how we can get it working on this theme.

    Glad to help. I’m not sure what the issue might be, but a couple of options. First, if you can provide basic steps to repeat the issue starting from default WP install, something like:

    1. Install WordPress
    2. Install/activate some specific theme
    3. Install/activate USP plugin
    4. Perform some step
    5. Etc., until the issue happens

    ..that would enable me to repeat the issue and try to help resolve. Note that I can only do this for themes that are available from the www.remarpro.com Theme Directory.

    The second option that might work better for this case, is to contact the theme developer. They may know why forms are not displayed correctly in their own theme.
