Shortcode for Top rated members

Hi. I am trying to use the shortcode provided for displaying the top rated members on a page but when I click save I get a JSON error message and it wont save the page. I even tried to change the amount of people to display etc, in case this made any difference and it didn’t. Please provide a fix. Thank you
