    Hi,

I have several co-authors, and I’d like to list them all on a specific page (“these people contributed on our blog”), but I can’t find a way to see if they have a specific ID I could use.

    Like [publishpress_authors_box layout=”ppma_boxes_4471″ authors_id=”1,2,3,4,5″]

Didn’t see anything in the documentation either.

Is this a pro feature? (I’m using the free plugin). Or is this simply not existing?

    Thanks!

    Hi @emalz,

    Thanks for contacting PublishPress.

You should be able to pull specific author by term id or user id:

Only thing is 1 shortcode for 1 author.

    Hope that explained.

    Thanks,

    Thanks.

    I’m glad it’s doable!

    1. Where do you take this screenshot from? Couldn’t find it.
    2. Most importantly, where do I find the user id info? I expected it to find it in my author list page, but it’s not there.

    Hi @emalz,

I just updated our documentation. Do you mind check this documentation and let us know if you still have any issues?https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/shortcodes/

And I take that screenshot from WP-Admin > Authors > Settings > Shortcode

    Thanks,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any further questions, please reply again here, or you can start a new thread.

    Thanks,
