This is probably a feature request for a future update.

I’m part of a recreational sports league that always plays on Wednesday evenings (6 pm to 10 pm).

I’d like to display the weather for next Wednesday evening, whatever date that happens to be, without having to update the start and end times every week. Is there a way to write those times as a recurring period?

    Hi, @martinrainbowlers (cool name)

How are you creating these recurring events?

I’m using the Divi theme. I put this shortcode inside a code module on the home page and in a sidebar text widget for some of the other pages:

    [tk_event_weather location=”525 Cosburn Ave, East York, ON M4J 4Y7″ start_time=”2017-03-15T17:30:00-05:00″ end_time=”2017-03-15T20:45:00-05:00″]

I’m also using the All in One event calendar on the site, but the weather display is a separate element.

If you’re just wanting a single day’s weather displayed around your site — March 15, 2017 in your example — then you’ve got all you need… and would just have to change the date manually.

If, instead, you’re wanting to display the weather separately for each event (e.g. March 15, March 22, March 29, etc), then you’d need to use custom code to integrate with All-In-One Calendar… an add-on that I have not yet built but could if there’s demand for it.

Please let me know your thoughts about this. Having a couple links might help me understand what you’re wanting too.

    Thanks for using my plugin!
