Shortcode for profile edit page

    I am using “Buddypress”, “Paid membership pro” and this “Theme my login”.

    I would like to call the profile edit page (profile-form.php) under the user menu on Buddypress’s MyPage.
    How do I specify a short code?

    I tried to designate as below, but login was displayed.
    [theme-my-login profile_template="profile-form.php"]
