You don’t mentions exactly what it is about the admin list you want, so I’m not sure how to help. The list shortcode can’t show an admin list, it’s a completely different thing, but it is possible to get some of the features of an admin list into your frontend lists.

    Thanks for your reply.

I just wanted The personal list to show in some page. It’s fixed now I didn’t know I had to check the signup field from Manage Database Fields to make the fields appear.

Is there anyway to hide or remove the Record Info? I don’t need it. I am using this plugin as database entry for our clients. I couldn’t find any better way to do that.

    Thanks

Check the manage database fields page under the “field groups” tab to configure your field groups (“Record Info” is a field group title)

there is also a setting for showing or not showing the group titles for the single record shortcode under it’s settings tab.

Is there anyway to remove it from List Participants dashboard as well?

You can’t remove the “Record Info” or internal fields, but they don’t show up on the “List Participants” page, so I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking for.

Is there anyway I can remove it from the php files? Or is that ganna crush the plugin?

I want to hide the record info or internal fields from the Dashboard, so even the admin doesn’t see it.

    Many Thanks

If you know what you’re doing you may be able to figure out how to hide it, but you can’t remove it, the plugin will not work without it.

is there a way to secure the list so it is only visible to participants who are actually in the database?

That’s only possible if they are logged in. Otherwise, you don’t know who the visitor is, and don’t have a way to determine whether to show them the list or not.
