Shortcode For Image & Product Title

May I know exactly what you mean by saying “custom email template” ?
Is it something different from the way YayMail helps you customize Woo email templates that you are doing?

About the product images, there is no shortcode for that, but you can enable to show image in the Order Table like this #4 bullet:

Also, have you searched for all available shortcodes like this?

==> These are only available in the Order Item element.

but I don’t have a shortcode for the image and product title..that’s why I’m asking.

for now, I can see there is only one option, just drag & drop the order item element.
