Shortcode For Groups not working

    Hi all,

    This is kind of urgent, but the group shortcode doesnt seem to be working.

    For example:
    [helpie_faq group_id=’4150’/]

    Not Faq’s show up on the page from this group. On the faq post I added it to the group and also to a category, then that category has beeen added to the same group, in either cases it doesn’t show up.

    I’ve also tried to use the gutenberg block and select the category from the list but it just shows all faq posts.

    Not sure what im doing wrong here. Any help?

    Hi,

    So that option was enabled and didn’t really work. So what I’ve done is used the shortcode generator, selected the category id and placed it on the page.

    It works for what i need right now, I just wish it was more clear and easier.

    also there seems to be stuff from the helpie faq plugin getting printing to the console.

    Search init
    jquery

    These 2 things are in the browser console. Why is this happening and how can this be fixed?

    Sorry. Thought that you were mentioning that the categories were not displayed in the FAQ page. I was not aware that you were looking to display a particular category in the page. However, I am glad you were able to figure this down.

    Regarding the items printed in console, we will remove it soon. Thanks much for bringing this to my notice.

    I will make sure to let you know once this is removed.
