Shortcode for Group?

Hi Brett, thanks so much for the plugins i was looking for, im newbie to wp,
with your plugin available shortcode [simple-staff-list], im wondering if i can use Shortcode for Group? if something like this for group [simple-staff-group] ? I really need this and i think it should be better Shortcode for Group so peoples can search staffs in individual Group instead, once again thanks so much.
