Shortcode for Gridview not working

Hi…all I get are list views when I try to use the Shortcode for inserting catalog items…..I’ve used the shortcode parameters as outlined in your documentation…and yes im using your newest release….and even the listview is not correct because the description for the 1st item starts at the second item thumbnail?

When look at the pagesource for your example I see ‘grid_view’ toe items throughout your example..but when I look at the pagesource for my pages i don’t see any mention of grid_view….

Has this ever worked?
