    For normal channels/playlist sorting is working perfectly from front-end as is toggle sorting .

    But when using shortcode + search in shortcode (with backend default search set to Latest)

    for example [yourchannel user=”YouTube” search=”solar energy pv ireland” own=”0″]

    the videos come in sorted by relevance NOT by date.

    is there a variable/parameter that can be added to the shortcode so that they are forced to come in sorted by date ?

    e.g. say something like

    sort_by=”latest”
    or
    search_sort=video_date_uploaded

    Otherwise all very good —>Excellent .

    Hi, yes, when I was testing with a channel, it wasn’t working, so I had hardcoded it to relevance. I just tried with another channel and seems to be working now, please send a mail to support @ plugin.builders and we’ll provide you a link to download the updated .zip file.
