• Hi there,
I saw in another thread that you can use the shortcode [cky outside audit table] to display a table of the cookies on the site.

I’ve added this but the shortcode does not display anything other than the code in text form.

    Please can you advise?

    Thanks,
    Jamie

    Hi @jdab,

Greetings, we’re delighted to assist you!

Please use this shortcode [cky_outside_audit_table]. If the problem still exists after adding the underscore to the shortcode, we will check your website. In that case, please share the site URL here, if at all possible.

Perfect, thankyou very much! Is there a shortcode to bring up the revisit consent option?

    Hi @jdab,

The revisit consent is enabled by default in the plugin settings. You can find it in Cookie Banner > Content & Colors > Revisit Consent Button. If you do not need this revisit icon to appear, then turn it off from there.

Rather you can add an HTML element to the page that will bring the banner again and enable users to change their cookie consent. Please follow this article from our documentation to know how to implement this.
