Shortcode Exceptions

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your awesome plugin.

    When the insertion method is manual, I can not get the exceptions to work (have tried all methods). I am using a shortcode inserted into my theme’s custom actions.

    Other exceptions work perfectly.

    Is it possible that the exceptions only work with automatic insertion?
