Shortcode (Double Comment)

Hi, i use the Shortcode inside Gutenberg Shortcode Element. Now i have the Comments twice on my posts. How can i deactivate the “normal” comments section. Would be nice to have an option inside the Plugin to say: I use a shortcode, deactivate the comment section.
