widget shortcode doesn’t recognized

    Hi, I’m trying this plugin on a html customized widget. My website show me the shortcode but not the carousel. Do I need some other shortcode plugins or do I add some code to make WP to be able to recogniezed shortcode syntax?

    You need to make your customized widget to be able to recognize shortcode.

    Please help me with this as well. I’m new to WordPress and I’m not sure where to add the shortcodes you’re referring to. I also want to add my carousel as a widget on my home page.
