Shortcode don't render in Group Page

We use a shortcode for a lightbox plugin in some pages and it’s all ok.
BUT in group pages the shortcode doesn’t render the code. Seeing the page source we can’t find the content that shortcode must render, as we see in other pages with same shortcode.We just see other ticket about using setup_postdata() but I cant understand where is the problem.
