Shortcode doesn’t works

Hi!
I’m trying to add a countdown created with my theme to the action bar but it seems that the shortcode to call it doesn’t works in action bar ??
here my shortcode :
[ux_countdown size=”100″ bg_color=”rgb(247, 0, 0)” year=”2018″ month=”8″ day=”14″ time=”23:32″ t_plural=”s”]
Could you fix that please ?
If you can add the countdown option directly in your plugin could be cool … however I’m really satisfied with the countdown of my theme but his shortcode doesn’t works with your plugin ??Thanks in advance

This could not be replicated at our end. It is necessary to be investigated at your end.
Investigation at my end also involved checking on the localhost but it could not be replicated.Kindly let me know your views on the same.
